Weekly small group classes combine strength exercises such as squats and deadlifts with circuit style exercises like boxing and sit ups. These full body workouts will leave you feeling fantastic. Classes are held in my private garden studio on School Lane, Kenilworth.

My small group classes offer a full body workout adaptable for each participant’s pace and ability. You do not need prior training experience to take part!

These small group classes have a capacity of 8 ladies to ensure I can offer support on technique and offer encouragement throughout the class.
